Gemma Bailey

Speaking

Talks that say the quiet part about success.

Most corporate talks about performance are designed to be agreed with and forgotten. Gemma speaks about what high-performing people actually experience: the burnout that looks like productivity, the loneliness of being the one with the answers, and what it costs to be the person everything depends on. Audiences don’t leave motivated. They leave understood, which lasts longer.

Why Gemma

Speaker, author and founder with more than twenty years in practice. Most speakers are either academics who haven’t built anything, or entrepreneurs who haven’t studied people deeply. Gemma has done both. She holds an MSc in Psychology, founded a national psychological training network, and has trained hundreds of coaches, practitioners and consultants. Author of two books. Host of a podcast with more than a million downloads. She has spent her career around people under real pressure, and it shows in how she speaks: direct, evidence-based and deeply human. Keynotes, executive sessions, masterclasses and panels, in person or remote.
